i have been volunteering since i was in high school. i have volunteered in the hospital, with an aids alliance, soup kitchens, literacy, ,just to name a few. i just moved to the area and look forward to helping in this area.

Please share with us either a quick story of altruism or something that you are grateful for. :-)

i am grateful for the helping spirit my parents have instilled in me. my parents have always helped others, even when they barely had anything to give. altruism is a way of acknowledging the simplicity we have that others do not and i think we could all benefit from that daily reminder.

We are a huge and very rapidly growing community. Thank you for joining! :)

welcome. Hope you can sign up for an event soon. There are always lessons offered at themountains so even if non-beginners go, you can take a lesson and then practice with others later in the day.
