Outreach Champion (two positions available)
Hours: Part time
This is a great position for someone looking to take a larger role within our nonprofit. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop relations and liaise with non-profit groups in the greater Boston area.
  • Take initiative to reach out to non-profit groups our organization does not currently work with to understand their volunteer needs.
  • Work with partner non-profit groups to schedule events. Lead volunteer events with our Meetup group for popular events.
  • Attend events and set up post event socials if applicable.
  • Attend quarterly board meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent overall communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • A passion for helping people in the Boston area.

Social Media Coordinator (only one position available)
Hours: Part-time
A great opportunity for you; social media guru, interested with our nonprofit.

  • Assist in regularly updating Facebook and Twitter pages in coordination with “Josh.”
  • Develop social media roadmap for the organization including potential platform additions.
  • Attend quarterly board meetings.

  • Excellent social media skills.
  • A passion for helping people.
