We will be having a meet up tomorrow at 6 p.m. at the Prudential Center Food Court to discuss the whitewater rafting trip on Sept. 4th. Come meet the other members of the groups and arrange carpooling. You can reach me at 617-955-1062.

Please bring payment for lodging. The cost is $104.50 pp to stay at the Premium cabin (holds 16 people and 2 bathrooms) OR $98.44 pp at the large cabin (holds 12 people and 1 bathroom). Thanks. See you tomorrow.

You will have such an amazing time. I wish I was up for the drive, but I will be spending time with my family Labor day weekend and then going hang gliding in NH. Chen double check if there is cell signal in the area. Remember when we went to Forks in May...no-one had cell coverage (it was for all network, they don't have cell towers in Forks ME, not sure about where you are going).

Hello all! Whitewater rafting needs to be booked asap! It is getting really booked up for that busy weekend. I need to send in a list of all the rafters. Also when booking please state you will be rafting with meetup group name as well as my name. Please e-mail me to tell me you will be rafting. Thanks. Sorry to post again, but I just want to make sure everyone knows that rafting will be on Sunday, September 5th.

Lodging is first come first serve. We have several yes RSVP's, but the only way to guarantee a spot is to give us a deposit which is nonrefundable. You can also mail a check to Chen so please contact her or you can meet up with her or me to provide your deposit. We can't hold spots for maybe RSVP's. Also, if you do not book your rafting asap, you may not be able to raft. If spots fill up in the cabin, you can book a tent, cabin tent, etc if still available for this busy weekend.

ONLY 5 SPOTS LEFT in the cabin!!! Please act quickly. Rafting needs to be booked today as well! Please use reference#12329 to book your rafting, mention my name and what group you are part of. If they give you a different reference #, please let me know. Rafting is booked thru Northern Outdoors- tel: 1-800-765-7238. Once you book, contact me with the reference number, your telephone number and please be sure to give me your last name. I need to make a list of all rafters to keep us all together.

We will be having our final meet and greet meet up to discuss all the details of the upcoming whitewater rafting trip that you should know on Saturday, August 28 @ 6 p.m. We will be at the Prudential Center Food Court near Pizzeria Regina. Meet the other members attending the trip from the other meet up groups. Also, if you haven't already arranged carpooling this would be a good way to do so. We can also get some dinner/drinks, etc. after the meet up.

To help facilitate who is bringing what, Andy has created a google doc spreadsheet listing items in one column and the name of the person/s bringing the item. Please send me your gmail address if you want to view, edit, add items to bring on the trip.

Hello all, I'm forwarding this comment for Lauren. She is a member of another group. Breaking news: So apparently I booked a whole cabin tent to myself for Saturday night as well as an entire bunkhouse (wooden cabin, no electricity) for Sunday night at the POC. Does anyone need a place to stay?

hi, me and another person are brining bikes.... thinking of maybe going biking in baxter state park, or just toodle around. Anyone else thinking about that?

One more - If folks have Walkie-Talkies - make sure to charge them and bring them with !!!!

Cellphone reception is not so so around the place; and we're staying in 2 different locations (though they're so close)
